Technical / Supportive Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation
  • Hands-on contribution to production output to meeting daily production schedules and achieving continuous improvement to quality, productivity and dependability
  • Complete all necessary paperwork required for machine operated on for the position
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and reports to the management
  • Monitors production system notifications and act accordantly to resolve urgent problems
  • Managing the stock (receiving goods, registering, analyses, statistics and everything related to physical stock)
  • Quality checks (testing and assessing products), record and report issues if any
  • Responsible for sorting and packing during the production process
  • Ensures full compliance to agreed security policies and procedures
  • Preparing, Maintaining, Modifying, Changing and Reviewing Procedures in regards of Payment System Procedures
  • Communication with 3rd party vendors
  • Perform duties necessary to operate machine and perform required tasks according to machine or position procedures


  • University Degree or equivalent on Engineering
  • 1+ year experience in relevant work
  • Understanding of banking business processes
  • Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
  • Self-starter, well organized and motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Desire to learn and develop skills further
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel
